Nos dias 11 e 12 de junho, Portugal pisa a areia da Costa de Caparica com o orgulho de jogar em casa. Entre o apoio local, as condições familiares e a responsabilidade de representar o país anfitrião, a seleção portuguesa traz a sua própria história a uma competição disputada em solo nacional.

Portugal is more than the host nation of the IKF Beach Korfball World Cup Europe 2026. It is the setting where the competition meets the beach, the summer atmosphere and the energy of a home crowd.
With a long coastline shaped by the sea, Portugal has always had a close relationship with movement, travel and outdoor life. A fitting detail: Cabo da Roca, near Lisbon, is the westernmost point of mainland Europe, a place where the Portuguese coast looks out over the open horizon.
On 11 and 12 June, Portugal steps onto the sand of Costa da Caparica with the pride of playing at home. Between local support, familiar conditions and the responsibility of representing the host country, the Portuguese team will bring its own story to a competition held on home sand.
